This work is, as it were, the sequence of "Abiding in God". Once again, teaching  prayer is what leads Father Lafrance to reveal his reflections. Prayer comes from an instinct in us that we can but follow. Of course, it can be learned, but rather in the way we learn to breathe or walk. The Christian person bears it in his heart, but he is not always aware of this.

That is why the purpose of these pages is to help the reader to find the breath of prayer in himself and free it by surrendering to the spirit.
